SPECIFICATION
DESCRIPTION
PSM series is a UV Curable screen inks for multi –purpose application. It can be apply to several
kinds of substrates as like PC, ABS, PET, PP, PE as well as many flexible material by one.
Especially PSM series have excellent adhesion to Untreated PET substrate which has been
very difficult withadhesion . PSM series have fast curing and gives flexibility and High gloss ,
leveling is quite good.Once it doesn't necessary add adhesion promoters, productivity will be increase and cost benefit by PSM.
APPLICATION SUGGESTIONS
A screen mesh size of 200-350 mesh / inch plain wave, monofilament polyester
mesh will be provide best results and sharp polyurethane squeegee of approximately
75 – 85 durometer 60/90 recommended for optimum results. Typical printing lines
utilize 300W/ inch (120W/cm) D-bulbs, between print stations. Other UV systems
with suitable spectral out put in the 300 – 400nm range, such as medium-pressure
mercury vapor or metal halide, may be used. Actual cure speeds will vary
depending on color and opacity of the ink, screen mesh, and other printing parametersthat affect ink deposit, as well as the UV CURING UNIT USED. Before printing by it,
check surface tension of substrate for good adhesion .
May be 48 – 54 mN/m² of surface tension is acceptable. Since all the print substrates mentioned may be different printability, even within an individual
type, preliminary trial are essential to determine suitability for the intended use.
WASH UP
Screen may be cleaned with IPA and some Alcohols, n-propyl acetate or many
commercial screenwashes.
We recommended PSM – 100 Wash up solution for cleanings and clean immediately
after printing.
HEALTH & SAFETY
As with this inks, gloves and safety device should be used when handling the products. For more
complete information do you need, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet before use.
STORAGE & HANDLING
The product requires stirring prior to use. The shelf life is good when stored away from heat and
protected from UV LIGHT exposure. The material is combustible and should not be used near open
flame. Store below 32℃. Best when used within 6 month of product Lot No. date on label. Under
different conditions, particular higher temperatures, the shelf life is reduced.
