JFR series is fragrant inks, which is developing with microcapsule pigment. When o pening to public, the flavor will comes out and the microcapsule in printed inks will control fragrance release period last more than six months. On the other han d, it can also be forced to release by pressing the capsule. These products are recommended for application on paper and some plastic stocks.

Once particle size in inks is 1 - 10μm pigment used, a screen mesh size of 150 – 250 mesh/inch pla in wave, monofilament polyester mesh will be provide best results and sharp polyurethane squeegee of approximately 75 – 85 durometer 60/90 recommen ded for optimum results. It may be destroy fragrant properties when apply at high temperature( over 150°C)

Screen may be cleaned with IPA, n-propyl acetate or many commercial screen washes. We recommended JD-100 Wash up solution for cleanings and clean immediately after printing.

The product requires stirring prior to use. The shelf – life is good when stored away from heat and protected from UV light exposure. The material is combustible and should not be used near open flame. Store below 32°C. Best when used within 6 months of product Lot No. date on label. Under different conditions, particular higher storage temperatures, the shelf life is reduced.
