AS1216 Clear is UV curable screen inks for anti slip purpose that cures to a slightly tacky surface. This product exhibits excellent adhesive to many paper, film and foils stock and This is, solvent –free(least odor and least skin irritation), produce prevent slip when app lied to many plastic films. It give flexible layer on a wide variety of substrate simply by screen printing and UV curing application on soft and rigid PVC,PVC stickers, treated or non-treated PET,PC, ABS, Acryl, painted steel, paper by offset printed.

A coating thickness of approximately 1 to 3 miles is recommended depending on the particular a pplication requirement. A screen mesh size of 100 - 200 mesh/inch plain wave, monofilament polyester mesh will be providing best results. Actual cure speeds will vary depending on c olor and opacity of the ink, screen mesh, and other printing parameters that affect ink deposit.

Screen may be cleaned with IPA, n-propyl acetate or many commercial screen washes. We recommended JD-100 Wash up solution for cleanings and clean immediately after printing.

The product requires stirring prior to use. The shelf – life is good when stored away from heat and protected from UV light exposure. The material is combustible and should not be used near open flame. Store below 32°C. Best when used within 6months of product Lot No. date on label. Under different conditions, particular higher storage temperatures, the shelf life is reduced.
