LA 100 DVD Coating is most suitable for spin – coating equipment for DVD bonding purpose. This product has very fast curing speed, low shrinkage, and high humidity resistance as well as show excellent adhesiveness.

The thickness of coatings depend on speed of spin coater, so we recommend 2500 – 4500 rpm / 2 –5 sec for spread coating evenly. Following are Cure condition for UV irradiation.

It can be cleaned with many commercial washes and n-propyl acetate. But should be check quality problem before using wash - up solution.

The shelf –life is 6 months. Stored away from heat and protected from UV light exposure. The material is combustible and should not be used near open flame. Store below 32°C.
