JGL1P series inks is, essentially evaporation-drying ink, screen inks for on glass. It has excellent adhesion, chemical res istance, thermal resistance as well as have lightfast properties. This can be applying on Steel, Aluminum substrate according to customer's requirements. This inks contain s pecified color that Hologram inks, Glitter ink, Pearl inks.

JGL1P series is formulated low odor solvent and good stability on the screen, A screen mesh size of 100 ~ 250 mesh/inch plain wave, monofilament polyester mesh will be provide best results and sharp polyurethane squeegee of approximately 75 – 85 durometer 60/90 recommended for optimum results. All inks should be through mixed prior to use. Inks are supplied at print ready viscosity for most applications.

Screen may be cleaned with Cyclohexanon, Xylene or many commercial screen washes. We recommended JD-100 Wash up solution for cleanings and clean immediately after printing.

As with this inks , gloves and safety device should be used when handling the products. For more complete information do you need, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet before use.

The product requires stirring prior to use. The shelf – life is good when stored away from heat and protected from UV light exposure. The material is combustible and should not be used near open flame. Store below 32°C. Best when used within 6months of product Lot No. date on label. Under different conditions, particular higher storage temperatures, the shelf life is reduced.
