MA series is, UV curable inks, suitable to apply on a wide variety of substrate and has low odor, good weather-ability, non-yellowing, gives high scratch resistance as well as good flexibility when over printing PC, treated PET, rigid PVC, metalized paper, etc with excellent adhesion. A screen mesh size of 200 – 305 mesh/inch plain wave, monofilament polyester mesh will be provide best results and sharp polyurethane squeegee of approximately 75 – 85 durometer 60/90 recommended for optimum results. Actual cure speeds will vary depending on color and opacity of the ink, screen mesh, and other printing parameters that affect ink deposit, as well as the UVcuring unit used.

Screen may be cleaned with IPA and some Alcohols, n-propyl acetate or many commercial screenwashes. We recommended JO – 100 Wash up solution for cleanings and clean immediately after printing.

The product requires stirring prior to use. The shelf life is good when stored away from heat and Matt - UV screen inks ma series protected from UV LIGHT exposure. The material is combustible and should not be used near open flame. Store below 32℃. Best when used within 6 month of product Lot No. date on label. Under different conditions, particular higher temperatures, the shelf life is reduced.
